Race-Depot.com won't respond to emails, charges for products and won't deliver them. Internet
On December 12/2/2007 a order was placed for an Dale Earnhardt Jr. 2007 Budweiser COT 1/24 scale. Then on 12/17/2007 we receive and email saying they are sold out and will have in and will have it immediately sent out when they get more. Then we don't hear any thing else from them Then we find out our credit card was charged twice and we still have not received the car. So after Christmas I start emailing and calling them. Finally on 1/15/2007 I get an email back from them saying they just learned I was charged two times and not sure how that happened. Then gave me free lifetime membership to show how sorry they were. This was after I called the credit card company and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. So far the credit company has reversed one charge. So I keep telling them to cancel my order and credit my card back. No luck with this at all. On 1/16/2008 they come back and say how it is Motorsports Authentic fault they don't have the product and promise to do a better job running the business in 2008. Then I ask if they will just send me Dale Jr AMP COT 1/24 and I wanted free shipping. So on 2/13/2008 Andrew says he needs to check with John to see if he will OK the shipping and he is not around much. Now it is 3/4/2008 I have sent many emails and phone calls with out any response from them. I just want to make sure no one buys any products from these people. This is my first bad experience purchasing items from online retailers. Now I will make sure they are legit before I buy online again.
