I called customer service at 855 633 0203 to request information on use of product was to only provided by phone no paper info could be provided no paper receipt for monies taken from account could be provided. first time I called was hung up on 2nd time was put through to a supervisor agin was not given corporate contact information and no paper info would be provided. They automatically take monthly charges from banking account so I cancelled my order before trying product as I do not trust this company nor do I agree with there policies. You need to ask for an extension on trial period otherwise the 14 day free trial begins the day you place order and unless you ask for an extension they do not mention it. Shady company in my eyes. I will never order anything again from them and others should be aware. Also they are not affiliated with the BBC Beware
