I use to work for Dr Donato for a few years, he is not a scam artist, he loves his work and takes pride in his patients, I consider him one of the best vets on the Mainline and he has passion for what he does, I recommend to anyone who has a dog, cat, bird, reptile or any small mammal to bring them to see Dr Donato, you would get nothing but the best from him.

I am shocked at this "ripoff report" concerning Radnor Veterinary Hospital. Our rescue organization works closely with Radnor Vet on a regular basis. Dr. Donato as well as the rest of the staff have offered nothing but compassion, concern, and excellent care for each and every one of our animals. In addition, Dr. Donato offers discounted services to our rescue since we are a small, non-profit 501(c) organization. We have never once felt "ripped off" or taken advantage of in any way.
I also take my own animals to Radnor vet for their care and will continue to do so because of the excellent service and reputation of this practice. With University of Pennsylvania trained veterinarians and highly qualified technical staff, I can rest assured that our animals are in good hands whenever they are seen at Radnor.
I am sorry that someone has a negative review of Radnor Vet, but the accusations seem so ludicrous that it makes me wonder if this report was filed as some kind of personal vendetta by an ex-employee or competitor. I recommend Radnor Vet to all of our adopters and have heard nothing but tens if not hundreds of accounts of positive feedback.

I have been taking my rabbits to Dr. Donato for Years, and now am taking my cat. I have never had anything but great experiences with the vets at this practice - they are caring and kind with an obvious great love of animals. I have animals that lived much longer lives as a result of the care they got at the hands of Dr. D and his colleagues.
Also, I work with a rabbit rescue and we take many of our animals there for spay and neuter. If a veterinarian were only in it for the money, do youreally think that he would give a special rate for animals in need? He's even adopted bunnies from us.
I wouldn't hesitate a nano-second to recommend anyone to this practice.

I do not believe this report is from a client. I have a radical animal rescue group that has launched a slander campaign against me and my hospital around the time this review was written. As the veterinarian member of the township's Board of Health, I was a target of this group when the Board wanted to pass a leash law for cats in the township. I received the brunt of the group's dislike for the ordinance. All of the reviews came around the same time and are worded fairly similarly. These reviews will be reviewed soon for accuracy and steps will be taken to rectify the situation.
My clients know I do everything to be mindful of their budget, and respectful of them and their pets. My staff and I keep up on the most up to date medicine and are very experienced. It is our goal to get a diagnosis quickly and accurately every time. It is medicine and sometimes there are challenging cases. So if this is a real complaint Jennifer, please feel free to call me to discuss the issue directly. I certainly wouldn't want anyone to feel that we didn't do everything we could for their pet. I have dedicated my life (since I've been 5 years old) to the care of animals.
