Hello All!, ****THIS IS TO SAVE YOU TIME SEARCHING FOR ANSWERS****

I read many reports, and to was suckered in by fancy speech. But it is ALL TRUE.

Your first phone call with these people may be pleasant. Actually for me I found this website yet, ignored my gut instincts. I gave my credit card information out. I didn't have money on it. I knew this. But they were planning on charging my card $108 without my consent or knowledge, on top of my purchase. They asked for other cards, I said no. They wanted to do a payment plan. I agreed.

The next day after comming to my senses having made such a quick decision. You are actually paying to go on some tour, but its not interesting, but rather a waste of time trying to get you to purchase time shares. This you had to do. they said to me you didnt have to have the car, but that you would have to use it, and spend $25 a day (I'm a Psychology student at University under 25). I read other peoples comments and was a little worried about what would become of my trip i so called earned from excellent credit.

You do pay for your own tickets, you do pay for taxes everyday, and food everyday. You may be offered tickets to disney land or universial studios but you wont be able to use them unless for 2 hours in that time period, otherwise your scheduale, via Itinerary will not prohibit, because it is not just one tour its more than one.

REMEMBER I still didnt pay yet. But I still gave my verbal recorded agreement.

There is a solution to this***** I HAVE IT !

IF YOU PAID money already THIS WORKS FOR YOU.

IF YOU HAVEN't PAID, and were mislead like me THIS WORKS FOR YOU.

I did some research on law action. Justice will be served. DO NOT GIVE UP.

They told me that there must be a financial reason for not wanting the trip. They asked about websites. They asked have I been to Florida (I havent but said I had). Make up any reason to SAY NO, and/or come to the conclusion of NO. Why don't you want to go? ...because you do not want to go!

Make it clear you want a 100% REFUND.

Take down there first and last name without starting the whole conversation.

Even pretend to be a new client to get this information.

If they say call back in 30mins. call in 1min

If they say no one is available or will be in what ever amount of time, call back in 1min. do not wait or take their bullshit. do not let them talk down to you, and pretend they care, because they don't!!!

Say everything politely because your being recorded. If they hang up call back and ask for the same person. When they say you have options and you don't know them, say yes i know my options, they are ...do i want to go, or do i not want to go, the answer is no i do not want to go, and say they you had already stated that at the begining of the conversation, ask them how it feels to be stupid?

Tell them you have a lawyer even if you don't.

By The way this following information is true you can look it up yourself.

VIOLATIONS:

1. Florida state telemarking law...you agreed verbally recorded but DID NOT SIGN so therefore you legally don't have to pay. Even tell them you will call the florida state department of consumer affairs and file a complaint.

Bring up these acts. even this website gets them really angry. They don't want people to knowthe truth. I'll bet they even go on this website to write phoney "It was a great vacation" crap.

They are misleading and manipulating.

WRITE THEM a letter. GO to this website and scroll down for a template, rewrite it if you can't cut and paste, print and then send.

MAKE SURE to get the template by Kookabura.

Tell them you are within your 30 days of purchase per Florida Statutes #559.93

Finally MAKE SURE to get a cancellation number on the phone. Ask them or just tell them, you want a cancellation number, with their name, ID, and request/demand a postcard, or letter in the mail with a confirmation of the entire cancellation process.

This will work, why do you think they tried changing their name? Why have the tried new countries? Canada is new to the whole conferences from BEACHCOMBERS RAMADA PLAZA RESORTS. Even check the internet for Ramda Plaza Resorts, seperate from Beachcombers and then together. You will learn they are one and the same, to try to hide a bad rep.

Lastly IF ALL ELSE FAILES......Call your credit card company (I would do it Immediately)

Cancel your credit card and have a new one shipped to your house, explain the situation. Tell them you did not sign anything. They will transfer your balance onto the new card. They will even reimburst you, and deal with Ramadas financial side if need be. Don't be afraid to ask what they can do to help you out, or what they can do to stop, these people.

I really hope this was helpful, spread the word when you heard about someone new going on a trip, even if it's not with RAMADA, get the word out so they can be shut down.
