Hello all! I am Deaf and have been duped into this vacation package as well. I am on fixed income, but had paid off for two adults and one child for this vacation package. I'd like to issue a full refund after seeing that it is a scam. I'd like to ask for Denise or Jennifer or someone to help me in getting my refund. I am kind of confused on whom or how to contact in getting my full refund. I also need help in typing a fax letter since my grammer is not so good. I need my full refund back so I can treat my daughter better before going on the trip and be duped into spending more money for whatever isn't covered. Please help me. I see that some people actually got refund back within a week or two, so I'd like the same to happen for me PLEASE!!

Please contact me capricorninfinity (hotmail). I am even more lost on how to get my money back as this is getting sooo complicated. I do not want to go on the trip to avoid exposing the bad motel and poorly kept ship to my daughter, what's more is that I'm on fixed income so I cannot afford anymore if I were to take the trip and end up paying for this and that. Please contact me to capricorninfinity (hotmail) to tell me how to get my money back, even though my trip has been booked and confirmed for April 2007 (planned this trip for my daughter's 3rd birthday). It has been two years since I started this vacation package. I would love to value any help anyone gives me. I am not good with dealing this stuff as my grammer and vocabulary is very basic. Hope to hear from you soon!!
