We recently purchased a so called "luxury vacation" from Ramada Plaza Resorts. After reading the feedback we decided that want our money refunded. We have made attempts to contact the resort but keep getting a busy tone. Can anyone give us any detailed or specific information on how to get our money refunded (i.e., what type of report(s) was sent to the attorney general's office)? Your help is appreciated as we have a toddler and really can't afford to loose $700.00.
