RJ...are you a victim? Obviously not, because if you were, you'd know that you only get one call to this secure this "lovely, romantic getaway". This company is wrong for doing this to people and no one at RPR can disagree with that, with a clean conscience anyway. I received the voucher in the mail on Friday and signed up. I found this on Tuesday and called to cancel. They told me my money would be refunded in 10-14 days without too much trouble. They did try to sell me some land only packages and tried to give me an upgrade, but I declined. The only question now is if I will actually get the refund!! I just spoke to a lady at Ramada Hotels (1-800-2-RAMADA) and asked if they were affiliated with Ramada Plaza Resorts. Her exact reply was, "Yeah, in a way." I travel a lot with the company that I work with and we usually stay at Ramada hotels. This will soon change and I will try my best to never stay at Ramada again, whether it be business or personal.

You researched the Rip-Off Report only AFTER you accepted an offer. Why not BEFORE? It would have saved you an awful lot of worry and trouble! Everyone has to remember, a telemarketer is NOT your friend!
