I ordered an item on 9/27 and was expecting it to ship within the stated timeline of 3-5 days. On 10/8 my item had still not shipped so I contacted the seller. Her attitude was poor from the get go, she refused to ship in a timely manner. She then offered a refund, but never issued me the refunt. The product was received but was unusable as it was defective.

 So you offer a refund and then don't follow through? That's is GREAT customer service. Your company is a fraud. You have been reported to all sorts of consumer protection agencies as a fraud who is avoiding taxes for unreported income. Good luck with the that. All you had to do was issue a $7 refund.

This  womans 4.00 decal was set to be shipped on Oct 11th, I sent her a copy of the packing slip printed straight from Etsy with that ship date on it, I guess she didnt like that answer so she proceeded to cuss at me, call me names, and harass me. To get her to leave me alone I said I would issue a refund, but not until the next day because it was late and I wasnt near a computer. When I got to a computer the next day I saw a message from Etsy saying she opened a case against me and that Im a liar and I never shipped her item. I sent Etsy tracking proof and the case was closed the next day. I was not going to issue a refund to someone who opened a case against me for something she knew wasnt true, she got tracking info as soon as it was shipped. She has since given me a bad review in my shop, which I knew she was because she said it was gonna happen. In her feedback all she did was talk about how great another seller was and how bad I was, I believe she is a competitor and is affiliated with this other company.  I have over 100 reviews and have a 5 star average, a happy customer is my top priority. I dont think there is anything that will make this lady happy, but thats ok I'm still gonna keep doing what I'm doing, providing great products and great customer service.
