Ray Alvarez Prime Property Buffalo Maintenance They falsified invoices and over-charged on materials. Anaheim CA
Ray Alvarez with Prime Property Services and Buffalo Maintenance has cost me thousands of dollars. I hired him to do basic home repairs and building. The invoices he submitted were falsified to reflect the profit he wanted to make, and he lied on numerous occassions about the quality of the materials.
The kitchen he built for us ended up having to be re-built by another company. He used low-grade materials and charged high-grade prices. I would not ever use Ray Alvarez, Prime Property Services or Buffalo Maintenance.

Gee Tom, it sounds that you had a horrible experiance, can you please provide me with a contract # date of work or location? Sounds like from what you are saying not only is this poor work but major criminal alligations from a company with a stellar reputaion and TONS! of solid references from city officials and charity organizations.
You must have us confused with a different company and or this whole complaint is as fake as your name, Tom. We pride ourselves in providing a level of service second to none. Our reputation in Southern california speaks for it's self!!!
Happy to provide our clients with any information to help them make an informed decision to the level of service we provide!!!! When you are at the top of your game, you will always have someone trying to knock you down. It's ok Tom to be fake, WE WILL BE REAL!!!!
