Ray Cain is a SCAM ARTIST & LIAR.
He claims to be a man of God but all he does is harrass people & try to beat people out of their money who want to purchase homes from him. Several investors are aware of his shadiness and stay away from him.
He recently tried to scam someone who bought a property from him and still trying to sell it and he no longer owns it. He is not a good wholesaler or real estate property manager.
