I am writing on behalf of my mother, who is unable to defend herself in this matter. Here is a factual and disturbing account of her dealings with Mr. Raymond Nogera, from "We Gotcha Covered Flooring" in Las Vegas, Nevada.

My mother has saved for years in order to purchase new tile for her home. She put her trust in Raymond Nogera, the president of We Gotcha Covered Flooring. He presented himself as a "Christian man who would take good care of her." Since my mother works, she allocated a 4-day window in which the crew would install the tile. He promised her that the tile could be delivered and installed within this window. At that point, my mother handed $3,000.00 to him as a deposit. She and her husband even physically visited the showroom one week in advance and confirmed that the tile had arrived and the installment would happen on schedule. The company assured her that the tile has arrived in their warehouse and the installation was on schedule: lie number 1.

Two hours before the scheduled installation, We Gotcha Covered Flooring called and said that a mistake had been made, the tile had never arrived, and they needed to re-order the tile. At this distressing news, my mother asked that she be given a refund, as she needed to make other arrangements for tile to be installed immediately. The receptionist agreed and assured my mother that the balance would be credited to her account by the next business day: lie number 2.

When Raymond Nogera heard that his receptionist had authorized this, he called my mother back. This is the most horrifying part. He yelled at her over the phone, called her a "bad person," and told her that "people like her make it hard for small business to run." He used reverse psychology on her, saying she is "making this more difficult than it had to be" and "she was inconveniencing everyone." My mother, shocked and not knowing how to deal with such an attack, was in tears and completely defenseless. Can you imagine, a nice, wonderful, non-confrontational person being accused of such things after the company flatly lied to her and ripped her off? Can you imaging this happening to your mother? I am outraged!

At this point Raymond Nogera has refused to refund my mothers $3,000.00 and she is living on a concrete floor, as the money she saved for flooring is in the hands of Raymond Nogera.

I demand a public apology for the way this person has treated my mother, a paying customer who did not deserve such vicious and inhumane treatment. She was obviously targeted because Mr. Nogera knew she couldn't retaliate. I encourage all Southern Nevadans not to give this company your business on principal. My mother represents every consumer who is defenseless against ruthless, deceiving contractors and we shall not let it go on.

Raymond Nogera's so called excuses and reasons are all lies. He cheated us just like he did the customers that dealt with him directly. His employees constantly tried to get him to walk a straight an honest path but to no avail.

It's my company and I will do what I want, Like pay his mother that never worked for the company. We Gotcha Covered Inc, mean there are rules to follow, not Ray Nogera, using company funds to by himself cigarettes and jack in the box. Making people wait all day for a pay check just to have it bounce.

It was more important for him to pay his truck payment, electric at home and other personal bills before paying for matterials that customers had paid in full or pay the installer for the last job that has already been done.

You never here from this guy unless he wants to use you, never here is the money I owe you.

What happened to this lady is true and acurrate. But instead of owning up to his deception he plays the poor me card like a broken record

Ray Nogera can not be trusted, he still owes numerous installers, employees, venders, and land lords plenty of money. Yet this individual cries poor and goes to Puerto Rico while stiffing every one else.

Is this the kind of Man you would want to trust your money and installation with ? I think not!!

Sick of his bull and Lies. Raymond Nogera you are thief and that is the bootom line, and there will be no heaven for you!

This customer was never yelled at and was not lied to. It is unfortunate that people hear what they want to hear and percieve things differently than what the intention was. For this customer there was a miscommunication with the distributor of the tile and my company. It was our understanding the tile was enroute to Las Vegas however it was still enroute to the United States and needed to clear customs once it arrived. We apologized to the customer for this at the time. The receptionist did not promise a refund on the card, she stated she would give it to me to authorize since I am the only one who can do this. She was never yelled at, nor was she called a "bad person." Finally, this customer has recieved her money back. My company has done many homes, condos and apartments in this city as well as other parts of Nevada. We have also done projects for several of the hotels in Las Vegas and Laughlin. Every company will have some customers that will never be happy whether it is with the time frame, the product, the installation or something else. The old addage of You can please some of the people some of the time but you can't please all of the people all of the time is true in any business. My sincere apologies to this customer for the inconvience and the aggravation she felt as a result of the circumstances that occurred. It was not intentional, nor was there any malice intended towards her and her husband. Mistakes happen and we regret that they happened in their purchase. This "report" makes it sound like we were intentially trying to defraud them when we were not. Raymond Nogera
