Approximately ten years ago a friend of mine had a serious car accident that totaled out her car. Her employer referred her to an injury attorney by the name of Raymond Sarraf in Century City Los Angeles, Ca. This a*s wad is no lawyer. People think there are good lawyers and bad ones. I dont agree, I just think there are those who do their job better than others. She persued to speak with Sarraf and soon after he took care of the car accident, even though his attitude wasnt favorable to have the insurance company come to an agreement. She had pushed him to close the case up and cash out. Sarraf wanted to milk the situation longer. Right there was a clue that this guy has no knowledge of the case, being confident it would rule in her favor considering the circumstances. It took around four months and closed successfully, paying out all monies for the injuries and the car. During that time he was connected with a chiropractor in Glendale. Together these two scamps had their own operation going on. This woman was the one Raymond would send all his clients to. Now when a person gets into a severe accident everyone gets 1/3 of the monies. Lawyer, Doctor and Driver. Just a bit of advice, you dont need a lawyer to handle your injury claim, a person can do it them self and pay their doctor directly, you just need to deal with the insurance company on your own. Now lets fast forward to get a closer idea of what kind of piece of s**t were dealing with. A couple of years later. The same person I knew had another problem but this time it was a criminal matter.

Being in a state of shock and not thinking straight, she thought to return to Raymond Sarraf to assist her or at least get some free advice. At this fragile point in her life there wasnt anyone she could turn to or trust. After meeting with this low class degenerate there were several clues that should have told her to leave and find other representation.

1st) The way Raymond spoke to her using certain slang terms, it was very ill mannered and unprofessional. 2nd) He refused to go to trial and demanded his fee in cash up front, because he had financial troubles. 3) During the plea hearing she witnessed his unsavory behavior toward the judge, and soon realized he never had any experience with criminal matters or even appeared in a court room. The situation continue to get worse as time progressed. To add insult to injury Raymond sold out my friend to the DA for a conviction, she spent the last 10 years repairing the damage others caused. Now its time for everyone to know what a f***en scum bag loser piece of s**t this a*****e really is.

He has NO experience in criminal cases, criminal law is not something you can jump into.  You have to gain trust and a reputation.  Don't render services he will sell you out to the D.A.

My report is not false scumbag and Raymond knows it, he is a loser with no ethics of law or injury. Interestingly enough he never gave me reports about my case.  He lies to his clients, he has financial problems, and if you give him cash, question why he wants it?  Don't be stupid and don't every trust an attorney like this. Raymond Sarraff a disgrace to law and the justice system!!!

The only reason people like Raymond start with injury cases is because they think its easy and quick way to scam insurance companies the money is easy for him to get his greasy hands on.

Do not use Raymond Sarraf as an Attorney, he will lie to you, and he will sell you out.  First I am the person he represented long ago.  If others want to lie in his defense to make him seem like a great competent guy, hey go ahead, but he is not. He's a crook and a scam artist. He knows nothing about crimminal law. Orignally he is supposed to be an injury attorney and not a very good one at that. I did find out he was taking on criminal cases because he had financial problems and a very expensive wife to support.

These days lawyers are highly gross incompetent, they are scandalous because they only care about their fee nothing else. Orignally Claude Balickan and his Brother Paul whom I worked for when my car accident took place are the one's who referred me to Raymond as he was a friend of theirs and assisted them in a car accident case.   So I trusted his judgement and soon realized he was grose incomptent on all counts not to mention lazy as I had to point out things to him with my case and question what he was doing about.

A woman under the unfluence of drugs crashed into me nearly killing myself and my children, she was taken to jail and charged. Later she lied about not having insurance and when Raymond told me this I pressured him, he then found out she did have insurance. Yeah the company paid for all the damages. However Claude my former employer told me that Raymond and the woman in Glendale who was the doctor rigid many cases and that he could do the same for me. Well he didn't need to do that because I had a solid case. However this moron total out my car with out discussing it with me, he never discussed details I had to constantly be on his a*s him and his poor decsion making.

Now fast forward I was in trouble with a misdameanor case later on and I went to Raymond for advice, which he convinced me he could resolve. During all the time he is judging judging... I seriously made a mistake allowing him to represent me in this case because he straight up sold me out to the DA office in Orange County.  He knew nothing then about criminal law and still doesn't.  He embarrassed me in front of the judge on a plea deal, which I found out I really didn't need him.  Even the judge was not happy with him I soon realized he had never been in a court room, no experience.  He lied all the way and to add to it, he was still having financial problems.  He later use to verbally manipulate me he was in OC so I would meet him at the courthouse, it was a constant fight. This was his scam trying to rack up fees on me, because lawyers money is usually made in the courtroom.

As I went to the his office in Century City there used to be a Washington Mutual Bank on the first floor.  I had $700 in cash, but I wanted a money order so I had a reciept as proof. The bank teller was being nosey asking me questions, I told him I was here to see my atotrney. Next thing I know this scumbag calls Raymond on the phone and the jerk is questioning me telling me he wants cash, gee I wonder why?  I spoke to the bank director reporting this looser so she would know him and Raymond had a little arrangement going on.

I don't need to further defend myself, but if people want to be stupid and not consider what I am saving, go ahead use the scumbag. He is a loser and a liar. He defiantly is not wanted in Orange County.

I learned the hard way unfortunately, anytime an accident takes place or a something like a misdameanor you don't need an attorney you can do it yourself, yeah you deal with everything, but I did anyway, because Raymond is a sell out and never represented me according to the law and skip the scumbag who takes a 1/3 of your money. In the end I fired him and told you can now eat my balance as I wouldn't pay him another dime!!

I am also a client of Raymond Sarraf, but my experience with him was an excellent one as was the experience of various other clients who have seen him for advice.  As a criminal attorney, I don't know much of Raymond's experience, but as a accident lawyer, he is excellent.  Sure, the final amount is split between the attorney, chiro, and yourself, but the case is done pro bono, and the settlement amount after being split in thirds is often sufficient and satifactory.  I recommend Raymond Sarraf.  He is honest, polite, has great character, good service, and keeps his word.  Keep up the good work Raymond.

I was referred to the Law offices of Raymond Sarraf by a friend a number of years ago.  I found his demeanor professional, caring, and conscientious to say the least.  True, I only know him professionally.  Nevertheless, I have since referred at least half a dozen people to Raymond on account of his attributes and characteristics...  And I will continue to do this without hesitation if I again happen to know of anyone who my need his services, regardless of this site.  To be clear, Raymond deals with many doctors as he gave me as well as those whom I have referred to his offices different medical offices to choose from based on our residences.  We were all satisfied with our services…

For someone to make negative remarks about Raymond clearly speaks volumes of their own character, especially an admin who remains nameless and who apparently is the creator of this site no less.  And who obviously seems frustrated over their own insecurities because they admit to referring a friend and are not directly involved as a client.  Were these remarks true, why didn’t the client fight back legally, or change to another attorney?  -- especially if this complainer speaks of those attorneys out there ‘who get the job done’…  It is always easier to blame others when the fault lies within us...

My guess is there was no case against this attorney or else their friend would have found another attorney to handle the case.  Everybody knows attorneys come by a dime a dozen.  Why else would someone resort to immature and unprofessional conduct or what appears to be cyber-slandering?

I wish you all the best whoever you are. You’ll need it!

And if I were Raymond, I would file further acton against the creator of this site.

Raymond Sarraf is not unethical, he is also a great lawyer! It seems as if the report is completely void of facts. What did he do improper? The author by the way is not even the client, she gets all the information threw a friend? This seems fishy, why doesn't the person herself file a report? This is just to smear a good professional. This report is based on what a friend told another friend 10 years ago! It seems Raymond won the case paid all parties while helping a client recover, where is the unethical act?
