On Tuesday July 6th, 2010 evening I received a call from the offices of Job Success, informing me that they had received my resume and would like to meet with me the very next day.  I informed them that since I currently had a job, it was not possible.  The lady was very aggressive and made me feel that I should consider myself lucky that I had received the call.  We agreed to meet on Friday July 9th, 2010.  My meeting was with William Kim.  I found him to be very aggressive and full of "hot air".  He was repeatedly talking about how my current resume was all "rubbish" and was not something that they usually work with.  He mentioned that they were going to help me get a career with a lot of money.  He was very loud and pushy.  He insisted on meeting again but I had to bring my husband too as, they wanted to make sure that I had his support 100%.  My word and assurance meant nothing.  I found something very strange.  When he was setting up the next appointment for the following Wednesday evening, he was doing his best to hide his appointment book from my vision.  At that time I found his behavior strange but now when I think of it, I guess his appointment book was blank!

Anyway, we met with him on Wednesday.  He made us wait in the waiting room for one hour before he actually met with us.  We had a few staff members coming to discreetly check us out.  I also noticed that a couple came out of his office and did not look too happy.  Another young man also left the place and looked upset.  I was curious about their body language.  Finally, we met with William and he was once again very aggressive.  He handed over to my husband the questionnaire that I had filled out during my previous visit and asked him to read it out loud!  Strange request!  To cut a long story short, he spent the next hour and more saying the same thing again and again in various ways.  I got so fed-up and told him to cut the chase and let us know what Job Success benefits from all this.  After once again trying to beat about the bush, he showed us the document that we had to sign and pay a fee upfront to them.  I nearly had a heart attack!  The fee was $4,500/- and another $1000/- after a couple of months.  We refused and proceeded to walk out but he would not let us.  He told us that we had to sign the papers that day.  We told him that we did not have to do anything that we did not want to and walked out.  His parting words were I guess you know your way out!
