Real Property Managment Capital RPM If you want to end up doing everything your self, hire this company Rockville, Maryland
After repeated attempts of my tenants to get the managment company to fix an issue or two, they reached out to me. I started to question why I was paying so much for a service who does not respond to the needs of the customers. Rent payments would not get deposited on time and held for weeks. Even after a fire occured at my property and RPM ignored calls for service, they would claim to me that they responded to the fire before the fire trucks left the scene. They also stated that I should not give credence to the tenant complaints because tenants conspire to complain about management companies.
If I had not have responded to the fire myself where RPM was no where to be seen, I would have believed them.
It is a shame a professional management company views tenants as the adversaries instead of the stakeholders in a business that could easily be cut back in this difficult economy.
