Redzuco Aka Redzuco.com ripoff bogus rebates waiting since December for rebate on camera. Several emails to them all go unanswered Austin Texas
I ordered a camera on 12-2-05 as a christmas gift. Redzuco offered a $50 rebate on the camera. The camera didn't come unit the week after christmas. I completed the rebate form and submitted the required reciepts and to date, haven't received the rebate.
I have sent numerours emails requesting an update on my rebate but all went unasnwered. Looing at the pricegrabber reviews, I am not alone. Appears this company offers rebates with no intention of honoring them.
They charged my credit card immediately upon order, although it didn't ship for 4 weeks. They also accept paypal only so credit card purchases cannot be disputed direcvtly with them (would be a dispute with paypal).
