Refurbees Verified System Solutions Inc Incompetent, rude, ripoff Garden City, New York
The product I received was in poor condition and not working. It was not as it was advertised either. They had confirmed some of my questions when initially ordering the computer and that was the only time I was successfully able to get any information from them.
They claim they do not charge your account until the product is shipped. I was charged and my computer didn't ship out of their facility until 2 and a half weeks later!
The computer would only go to a blue screen when I tried to turn it on. One of my questions to the reps when I called was if the computer was black and if the keyboard lit up. They said yes to both. The computer was silver and the keyboard did not light up.
I sent emails and left multiple messages to get the return code so I could send the computer back. Only one person in the office "knows how to get the RMA (return) code" and she would not return my calls. I finally was able to contact her. She was rude and very short with me.
I sent the computer back and the computer arrived on Tuesday morning. It is Thursday now and I still haven't received my money back.
I called to talk to a superior about getting my money back and was told that there was no one I could speak to. I asked again "I need to speak to a superior" and the woman replied "nope. I'm the only one you can talk to" They also are not willing to refund me the money for shipping back their faulty product.
This place is a joke. The staff members are rude and incompetent. The products they offer are old and the one I received didn't even work and was in terrible condition. They hardly answer calls and forget about them returning calls or answering emails. This was the worst decision I have ever made.
