Did the title search. Nothing in the search reflected this vehicle had ever been in an accident. Consumers should educate themselves on how to detect small things which will indicate a vehicle has been involved in an accident. One way, I have learned (the hard way) is to check for paint overspray on surrounding parts, i.e., in the case of this vehicle, minor paint overspray was obvious on a rocker panel and fender well, when it was pointed out by an experienced estimator of another company.

Contact your DMV and have the title checked. If it says "reconditioned" or "salvage" that means that the vehicle was totalled and purchased as such & the dealership is legally obligated to inform you of this (Look at your purchase contract first to make sure they didn't slip it in there). Get a copy of this title & take it to the dealership & demand your money back. I found out after I had paid off a car & received the title that it had been "reconditioned". Took the car & title to the dealership & demanded my money back. They didn't like it, but after I threatened them with a lawsuit for fraud, they paid up. They'll try to charge for depreciation, mileage, etc but insist on getting every dime back.
