Regis Regal German Shepherds- Cindy & Clark Kelly ripoff Liars fraudulent did not honor their words or contract sold genetically defective puppy puppy killers entire business is based on a lie Spring Grove Illinois
Regis Regal German Shepherds sold me a genetically defected puppy. They charged $3200.00 because they claimed they were the best breeders with the best dogs with a contract filled with guarantees for life.
My puppy had severe & degenerative hip dysplasia. Cindy & Clark Kelly told me that they would refund my money. They told me I had to return my puppy to them immediately per our contract. I returned my puppy. They put her to sleep and promised a full refund.
They did not give us a refund or a replacement puppy- per our contract. They lied over & over again telling me that it was in the mail. I have emails proving this. I have messages on a answering machine proving this. They said it in front of a McHenry County sheriffs officer. They now say that they never offered us a refund and won't give us a replacement puppy either.
They don't answer the phone, when they do- they yell and hang up on me.
I have written this story to the Chicago tribune "whats your problem", to the Northwest Herald,to "Brian Ross- Channel 5 investigations team, and to the" Attorney General". None of which has done anything to help me.

They say they have the #1 Kennel in the U.S. That is not true,
Cindy co-owns some dogs with Mittelwest out of bolingbrook and is using all of her information.
After she killed my puppy and wouldn't refund my money, I did research on her. She is a total fraud. Nothing she claims about herself, her dogs, or her business are true. She is only in this to make money. She doesn't care about her dogs at all.
Buyer BeWare. Don't do it. Go somewhere else.

Regis Regal German Shepherds-Cindy Kelly has now honored our contract. We have received a beautiful, healthy replacement puppy. Please disregard previous report of fraud. This issue has been resolved and both parties are satisfied.

This situation has been resolved by both parties. Due to legal reasons I will not discuss specifics. However, this case has been heard and solved. Good Luck to Todd in Lake Villa.

what a situation. Do you have proof you returned the puppy and that they killed it? If you have all your paperwork, the contract, etc. I would file theft charges and then I would sue them. Do it in small claims if you can't afford a lawyer.
