Mr. Joe Shuta  tel #  607 343 9019, form Vestal NY purchase some equipment for his salon form us. Amount was 4900 $. Hi purchased this equipment for his salon Relax Session located 1236 Campville rd. rt 17 w.  in Endicott NY 607 785 0426. When purchased equipment for salon,  it took us little time to have everything ready but as soon as we shipped equipment he did chargeback and tried to keep the money and the equipment. Joe Shuta is trying to defraud honest American business and my suggestion is to stay away form him and his salon. He never received equipment and we manage to return it after we shipped. He knew that reversed chares on his credit card he still called and ask for tracking number. This cost us 550 $ and we didnt charge this to him which we should because honest American business is suffering dealing with people
like Joe Shuta. Please stay form Joe Shuta and his Relax Session salon you will be happy you will. Joe Shuta is man that tries to got 4900 $ of equipment for free. I do have all documentation about fright being shipped and also about his
charback paperwork,

If somebody needs it I will gladly present this to you.  I do have all of the documentation that supports
my claim so stay away form Joe Shuta and his Relax Session salon.  Today in our society we have a problem that
people want to defraud honest small American businesses by doing credit card purchases and than try get equipment and money as well. In case that happens to any of please spread the news so we can get protected.

I guess the EASIEST way to find out who's telling the TRUE STORY here is to actually go to the site of RIPOFF REPORT and key in the JTE SYSTEMS name or just key in "Ripoff Report - JTE Systems" and read the many "reports" from other unsatisfied customers. I consider myself one of the luckier ones as I was able to get my money returned before I got my merchandise. Now, do you think all these other merchants are trying to lie about their "JTE Experience"??? I don't think so! I'd of preferred not have even written the 1st report nor this one. 

If I had done my homework earlier...I would NEVER had even begun to deal with these guys. In this report posted against me and my business, "Bobby" (the manager) claims I tried to rip them off not only for the money but for their merchandise also. What a crock! I did call my credit card company to put this order in dispute as it took more like a month and beyond to "almost" get it. On May 2nd they had promised I'd get my order in 2 weeks and also earlier (April) had told me they had it in inventory. All I wanted was my equipment in the time frame they had told me and after getting numerous excuses and "I understand" phrases from Bobby. As a matter of fact...I was told that my card would not be charged "until" they shipped the goods (they charged it in May 2nd and it was not until sometime early in June that they would be able to ship it).

After discovering this and all the excuses...enough was enough. But I did offer to have them reapply my card and I offered to call my credit card company and clear it up...Bobby said "NO" and would only take a wire transfer of $$$ from my bank. I guess I should not have even offered that after my experience...but, I wanted my stuff.

Now to the term they use as an "Honest American Company". "Honest"...I let their record speak for itself.
"American Company"...I'm not so sure. After several calls and several excuses...I asked to speak with the owner. Bobby said I could not as the owner lived in Eastern Europe. American or other...any company that carries on business like this could in no way call themselves "Honest"!!! I wonder if whomever owns this business really knows what's going on stateside. Most reputable companies would be seriously looking into such an accumulated series of NEGATIVE REPORTS...and head would roll. Bobby..."Would you please give me the owner's phone number?"

Lastly...I finally did get my equipment from a "real" American Company...located in Georgia. They even offered to fly me down to "see" their operation if I placed an order over $5000 (I did not take them up on it but did place and receive a large order in a short time span). I explained my experience with JTE Systems ,without mentioning their name...and, the lady said: "Let me guess...JTE Systems." I was taken back a bit and asked her how she knew. She said it was easy as they had one of the worst, if not the worst record in this "salon products" industry.

Again...who's telling the truth here? Just go and look these guys up. Beware of SalonEquipment.net also...it's the same company with a different name (not to be confused with SalonEquipment.com).

 I rest my case...again!
