I had the same thing happen to me. Seems like $2500 and less is their target range, when they see they can steal your car and make a profit. I too got my car back. They went as far to say if they damaged my vehicle I still had to release them from liability and when I refused to release them from liability they refused to release my PAID OFF car to me. Instead they reported me to the police for being a terrorist, but waited two days to do that because they were scared. I am going after them for damages. They started out very nice, but got mean QUICK, I even had a call center rep by the name of JUSTIN R. TANK tell me on the phone I was stupid. I filed a BBB complaint and when the harrassment did not stop I continued to file, and now it appears the OR attorney general may be getting involved. Give me a day or so and I will get all the addresses available, maybe if enough of us stand up to this criminal company, they will be put out of business forever!

They told me the same thing. I have to have $2500 to get my car back yet they have my money order that was mailed last week. They said there are no other option and then my remiaining balance will be about $1000....funny how I will have that much left when I only financed 3000, 3 years ago. At $200/mo. Sounds like something fishy is going on. I would love a class action suit
