Lets see, the borrower has stellar credit with a score of 9, 999, 999. The borrower has NEVER missed a payment, not in this loan and not in the previous 32, 458 loans they have had since the age of 3. They have sent in every payment six months in advance. The borrower is the perfect borrower and has even sent the lender's office staff Christmas and birthday gifts every year. Then suddenly out of the clear night sky at 4:19 A. M., for absolutely no reason the repo man shows up and "steals" the car. In the process of "stealing" the car, the repo man shoots the dog, breaks down the door of the house/apartment, calls those inside nasty names and proceeds to have diarehha on the living room couch. Upon hooking up the car, the repo man then blows the horn of the tow truck and gives the finger to the owner of the car and throws out three beer bottles in the process. Then, while the car sets in storage, that nasty repo man rips out the 20,000 watt stereo system and sells it to Willie for $50. The repo man gets a call from the lender's office manager and tows the car to the lender's office because bill collector Sally always wanted a car of that make, model and color. In a week, the poor oppressed deadbeat borrower then gets to meet the process server and finds out they are being sued for $426,377 even though the balance of the contract is just $6, 344.67. Yes sir...its a tough world and it is so, so, so unfortunate there continues to be this conspiracy to get the little guy. Imagine, the lender, the dealer, the repo man, the bill collector and the maker of the repo man's pants all received huge, huge bailouts from Obama...and they are STILL going after the little guy.

Ken, to make a comment like that, shows you have not researched relaible credit at all or you are one of their desk monkeys. Reliable Credit is nothing but a bunch of rip off scam artisits. When someone finally gets a lawsuit going against them and shuts them down, maybe then they will have to pay out for all the damages done. They repo everyone in their last 6 months, regardless. I had an electronic payment put in the system and the repoed me. I was able to pay it off and they actually refused to take a cashiers check to pay my car off. What had happened was I had 15 days to pay it, I was only 5 days in and they were convinced I would never get my car back. So they took my car to auction. Body damage was done, but the biggest joke was on them because they fixed the engine problems I had thinking they were going to seel me car before my time to buy it back was up legally. They left all the fluid bottles in my car as proof. There is more solid proof but that is part of it...Anyway, this company is crooked and a bunch of hateful evil criminals. One name Stephanie is the biggest b***h I have ever talked to. When I paid my car off she flat out refused to cash the cashiers check telling me she owuld have their lawyers contact me. I contacted every state business agency and in the morning, surprise surprise, she released my car, cashed the check, then filed a police report on me saying she was scared of me. OMG...this place needs SHUT DOWN!!!! I will get her for filing a false report and doing it maliciously after she found out they state of OR is investigating them. I will not go away...paid or not this company needs to close...forever!!!

"My car was repoed for no reason.."
Did you have a history of late payments? If you were ALWAYS on time with the correct payment amount, they MAY have violated some laws. Somehow, I think there's something you're leaving out...right?
