I called and made an appointment with Nicole Black. Assuming afraid I would flake out she told me she would call me 30 minutes prior to meeting at the house. She never called so I called her 4 times, I sent her a text as she requests on her voicemail (unprofessional in my opinion) and she never responded. About an hour later I called her office and left a message clearly stating that I was interested in the house but I did not want to deal with Nicole. Within 10 minutes Micah called me back, apologized saying they had been swamped that morning, certainly not by keeping their appointment with me, and made another appointment for the next morning.

The next morning he called to confirm and low and behold when I said yes we still wanted to see the house he gave us a lock box code!? We got blown off the day before when all they needed to do was give us the lock box code. I was disgusted but took the info and went with my family to check out the house. We loved it and with a few minor conditions were willing and ready to take the house. We filled out the paperwork, paid the $70 credit check and waited to hear back. Nicole called my husband back. I was irritated as I still didn't want anything to do with her. She said she needed more financials, we own our own business, so my husband explained what he could give her and his frustration grew. She was talking to him like a child, he asked to talk to someone else several times before he was on the phone with someone else and the damage had been done. I have never experienced someone so unprofessional, unethical and rude. If I had the info to the owner of the house I would have gladly contacted them just so they were aware that the reason their house was sitting for over 120 days was because of who they had hired. We walked away from the house and lost the application fee. In this economy I am shocked someone would handle business the way Nicole Black did.
