Please beware of Gail Balser she owns BK law in attelboro ma and is part owner of REO 3000 a real estate home flipping group. I am not just speaking for myself but other companies And people that have worked for or with her.

They buy foreclosed homes that she gets the info on from lawyer friends fixes them and sells them for a very large profit. That sounds great and pretty normal in the real estate world, right. Here's the catch she hires all new companies for every house and every job by finding them online has them do the work and never Pays them for there time, hours, or agreed upon contract. She thinks she is above the law and smarter then all those who work for her! Please Beware of her I would not want this to happen to anyone else like it has to us.

I did beautiful work, spent a lot of my own money on material and labor with promises of payment, and I had a signed contract, obviously she don't care. Now I am negative a lot of time and money, cannot pay my rent or bills this month because I used all extra money paying the people that helped me because I did not want to screw them.

this is just a notice that will hopefully get out to anyone that would search for her to warn you before doing any business with her. She also owns a law firm in Attelboro Ma. I have not had any encounters with her in that aspect but I would still be very careful. She is a bankruptcy attorney (Ironic)

I am taking further action to get what is owed to me and since I started looking I have found others that will be by my side. If anyone reads this that has had any interactions with this group please let me know.

Thanks for reading, Beware!
