Resort Ownership Resolutions is a Scam Run by People who Have Been Arrested for Fraud and are currently being prosecuted by the FBI. All of the top financial officers of ROR have been arrested for fraud.

Fran Santore (52) CEO of ROR & Steven Cox ( 48) were both arrested .

Resort Ownership Resolutions still today is doing things fraudulently. They do not provide all of their clients with inventory, are illegally financing clients with payments, and are ignoring a court order by a lawsuit with Wyndham having some of their people who are restricted from talking to Wyndham owners, using fake Names:

You may also want to Google the address for their TN office on their website:

Here it is straight:
Resort Ownership Resolutions has recently been acquired by Enterprise Services Group, which has been in business since December of 2010.  The purchase of ROR, which is public record, was handled by Arthur Brown an Attorney with the Law Firm of Levine/Staller. ROR has maintained a perfect record of servicing all of its clients, which earned it an A- rating with zero complaints to date with the BBB. Enterprise was looking to grow their services and given ROR's spotless record of service, saw them as an ideal candidate to be able to expand their services with.

Enterprise also researched other companies in the same space for possible acquisition but found that Resort Ownership Resolution's record of always placing the client first, coupled with unparalleled service placed them at the forefront of their industry. This fit with Enterprises philosophy on service, as they also have a rating of an A- and zero complaints to date. A business with or without accreditation needs to be in operation for at least 12 months, with little to no complaints, before being eligible for an A- rating. As any business would need to do after acquiring a company in a state it previously did not have operations in, Enterprise registered to operate businesses out of New Jersey and Tennessee, giving it two additional full time locations in addition to their Nevada office, for a total of three. Enterprise chose to retain Most of the ROR staff and as part of the acquisition Ron Makino was promoted to the position of President and Fran Santore and Steve Coxs services were not retained, removing them from the employment and operations of the company, now owned by Enterprise. As  a condition of the sale Enterprise has assumed all assets and liabilities including its entire customer base. All clients (past and present) have been personally informed of the sale. Also any client testimonials have given permission for their testimonials to be used and any referrals connected with the service of ROR have been asked to disclose if their services were performed by Enterprise or ROR ensuring there will be no confusion or deception of any future clients.

We have determined that these posts were made by a disgruntled ex-employee(s) that was terminated for not adhering to Resort Ownership Resolutions ethics, compliance, and performance standards. The ex-employee(s) are now working for one of our competitors, whos unethical business practices are appropriately being questioned and has earned an F rating with the BBB.  Lastly, we always recommend that you do your research on any company through the States Department of Consumer Affairs, BBB, or any other nationally recognized trusted source of information.

Here are some facts:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/enterprise-relief-se/travel-services/lake-tahoe-nevada-D1322.htm

Enterprise Relief Services Resort Ownership Resolutions - ROR- Enterprise Relief Services | Enterprise Services Group | Heads Arrested by FBI, Fraud, Misleading, Scam Lake Tahoe, Nevada

Enterprise Services Group is a Scam Run by People who Have Been Arrested by the FBI for fraud. The top secrete officers of Enterprise Services Group are trying to trick you.

Fran Santore (52) CEO of ROR & Steven Cox ( 48) were both arrested .

As for the ethics of Resort Ownership Resolutions which is now trying to fool you by changing their name to Enterprise Services Group. They arent just trying to trick consumers, they even tried to trick the Nashville TN by saying a company is Vegas was buying them out. You can look these guys up on Google, Fran Santore FBI or Steve Cox FBI and see for yourself.

They change the name of their company which was Resort Ownership Resolutions (ROR) to Enterprise Services Group. They are trying to trick the public instead of being honest and this is how they did it. First they registered the LLC as a Nevada company because this is the one state where you can register a company without having your names attached to it. This way there is no way to find out who owns the company.

From there, they booked a virtual office 297 Kingsbury Grade Lake Tahoe, NV. 89449 which brings you to http://www.kingsburyexecutivesuites.com . This is done to trick you to think they are located there because they will give you a mailing address that will forward mail where they need it to go and it will give you an internet telephone number that will forward where they need it to go. As of today it is forwarding to Ron Makinos cell phone in NJ. They are currently trying to hide their locations on the main site as to not connect Resort Ownership Resolutions with their new name. The problem is that can only last for so long. Visit roresolutions.com to see the same site and their current addresses of:

5114 Old Hickory Boulevard
Suite 206Hermitage, TN. 37076

And

8025 Black Horse Pike
West Atlantic City, New Jersey 08232

Now how they are trying to trick you the client once again, the company just got registered a couple weeks ago and they have a bunch of testimonials on their website from people. For a new company and new name to be starting, how could you ethically place testimonials down from people who didnt do business or send money to Enterprise Services Group? The only way is if you said you were previously Resort Ownership Resolutions (ROR) which of course they are trying to hide.

The final thing they are doing is Fran and Steve placed Ron Makino as the president of Enterprise Services Group. Ron Makino is Frans Brother in Law and was executive Vice President of Resort Ownership Resolutions. The truth is easy for people to see once its pointed out. If you were proud of what you were doing, and always doing to the right thing than you would stand out front and center and not go to great lengths to hide yourself?

Always has to be Shady when dealing with that company. Too Bad

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, September 18, 2012

Mr. Santore was a Vice president for Wyndham resorts and was with Wyndham for 10 years. Due to the escalating misrepresentation in the time share industry, he left and went to the VO group because he felt the offered services that could help. He was with VO group (now VO financial services), for less than one month and Mr. Cox less then two months before the FBI raided the VO offices. Mr. Santore was not present during the raid. Mr. Santore decided the only way to insure ethical values and quality service was to start his own company, thus Resort Ownership Resolutions was created. Almost a year after Mr. Santore left the VO group, multiple employees including Mr. Santore were arrested. The case is still pending and in America, everyone is innocent until proven guilty. As, for ROR, all other statements are completly false. There have never been any accusations by any government agencies that ROR is involved in any unethical practices. ROR guarantees all of it's services and has always honored their guarantee and offeres real and successful resolutions to it's customers. They do not use fake names, illeagally finance nor walk through court ordrers. They have been in business for over one year with no customer complaints on their BBB record. ROR provides the oppurtunity for any potential clients to talk to real clients that have completed services for feedback. Unfortunatly, competitors can post lies about companies on this site and no research or facts are checked prior to their posts. ROR is a legitimate company with no real complants. I feel it is completly unethical for unsubstantiated lies to be posted to by competitors to tarnish a companies impeccable reputation.
