DONT HIRE RESORT RELIEF OF CONROE TEXAS!

Resort Relief, LLC, owned by Kevin Hanson in Conroe Texas, routinely defrauds timeshare owners.  Resort Relief is a "timeshare cancellation compay" that calls timeshare owners, especially Silverleaf timeshare owners, and offers "legal" timeshare cancellation to timeshare owners.  Resort Relief tells the cold called prospects that they are the marketing arm of a "timeshare law firm" that will represent them in obtaining the cancellation of their timeshare contracts.  The law firm is Nashville based Castle Law Group.  Once convinced, prospects send money to either Resort Relief or Castle Law Group, who then share the new client's fees.  The problem is Resort Relief, along with its partner Castle Law, sell these services with knowledge that they cannot achieve what they promise - cancellation of the client's timeshare.  Resort Relief perpetrates a fraud when they sell timeshare cancellation legal services knowing that Castle Law has never obtained such cancellation. Silverleaf has a longstanding policy that they will not cancel its owners timeshares, especially if that owner is "represented by Resort Relief - Castle Law Group.  In fact, according to Silverleaf, "an owner significantly reduces the liklihood of cancellation if they hire Resort Relief."  Silverleafs position is that Resort Relief and its partner Castle Law Group are fraudulently calling its members inducing them to breach their timeshare contract.  Silveleaf, as well as numerous other timeshare companies, have filed lawsuits against Resort Relief and Castle.  These lawsuits provide evidence that Resort Relief lies to prospects using untruthfull and illegal high pressure bait and switch sales tactics.  As a result, Resort Relief and Castle Law are now under investigation by state Attorney Generals offices and Bar Associations.
