Resumemycareer.com Justin BE CAREFUL!!! - TRICKY PEOPLE - DELIVERABLES ARE JUST GENERIC LETTERS, Internet
I believe this company is just a one guy operation; this guy Justin lures you and pretends to be super nice; does an excellent work at customer service when he is selling you, but once you pay, it is a different game.
You get generic cover letters that they probably send to everyone, mine was like a cheap copy downloaded from the internet; with your resume you simply get the info you send put in a nice word format, nothing that looks like the writer put his/her mind into it; when asking for updates and revisions, since they claim you have unlimited, you don't get anything... just this moron saying, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, next week, etc.; in my case, after almost a month and a half, he keept playing with me; nothing happend. They just want to get your money, send you some crap and disappear.
I hope many of you read this before wasting your money with this company; I had to reach my credit card company and the BBB to try to get my money back, God only knows if I will.

You should have looked at the ripoff reports or verified their BBB Rating as their membership was revoked. Their real rating is F.

First, if you purchased because of the advertised "A+ BBB Rating", then you should file a report with:

Second, file a report with the IC3 Fraud System (Internet Fraud Report)

If you look at this company's ripoff reports you will see that by filing the above complaints, you will save many people a lot of trouble.
It appears that the BBB after revoking their membership is no longer taking reports so file the two reports mentioned above.
