Resveratrol Ultra Dishonest charged card after canceled $87.13 plus shipping Hollywood FL But Shipped From New York Hollywood Florida
I ordered the "free 14-day trial" but instead of shipping someone continued to call my cell phone trying to get me to agree to a face cream which I refused. They shipped the Resveratrol on 7/20/09, I received it on 7/24 but they charged my card over $88 ($87.13 plus shipping) on 7/27 even after I called on 7/23 and canceled when I hadn't received it yet. After my card was charged I called again to tell them to refund my card because I canceled on 7/23, they said I have to return the pills and they gave me a RMA (return merchandise authorization) stating I could not receive a refund until they receive the merchandise back. They failed to advise me of this when I canceled on 7/23, in fact they were trying to sell it to me for $50 instead of canceling. Dishonest company, I asked my bank to refund the charge because it was not authorized. The order came with no packing slip or details of the order, only a brochure with the product name, no website address, no name or address of the company, only a city and state. Bad company!
