I am surly sorry for Judy's lose. It was a program started by another in the studio without my blessing. I have had people over the years send me CD'S as well as other things, and I have always told my workers not to except them if they expect to get them back. Through the years, I have had this happen, and it always turns into hard feelings. Usually I tell them to send such things back as soon as they come in in order to avoid such problems. I never saw the things that Judy is talking about as others were involved in this production, and not me. I was not interested in doing this program. While Judy points out my faults, I should like to point out that her husband who worked for me at the time preforming hard labor such as moving large sets which were very heavy and back breaking labor was filling a fraudulent report, ripping off the government by making claims of his inability to do such labor, and yet collecting a check on a regular basis for this injury from the government. It was a joke around the studio of his lack of pain, and back trouble. Yet he managed to collect from the money for his so called injury report. Her grandson had been missing for a very long time. I was already in the process of closing the studio, and I indeed locked the doors as a lot of personal property came up missing in the studio. I waited a very long time in filling this rebuttal, because I did not wish to show a hostel spirit about this situation. I am indeed sorry that the people lost any important things of their families, but It was always my contention to never let personal property come into the studio if I had to carry the burden of its whereabouts. The person or persons that headed up this pilot is always responsible for such things, and should have taken the time to see that all of these things were taken care off. Jimmy Snow Madison, Tn
