The website originally claimed it was a Free Trial Offer - just pay $5.95 for shipping, and $4.95 for the companion product called Beau Derma. There was no mention of an ongoing monthly order, and no mention of the exorbitant regular price of $85.95 and $89.95. Now their websites have been changed: the word "free" is gone and both say "Unfortunately we are no longer taking new orders. We apologize for the inconveniences. Thank you!" (same exact wording).

After using the products for a few days, I developed a bright red rash in two spots on my face, along with itching and burning. Even though I stopped using the products, the rash has gotten so bad that I am now using a prescription ointment to try and clear it up. Now it looks as though the red blotches may be permanent.

I went back to the website and found a link that said If you wish to cancel your order, please click here! So I did, and assumed that was the end of it. But no, a few days later my credit card was charged $85.95 for SKI*EYESTIMULATE and $89.95 for JYB*SKINBENEFIT! Even now, on their revised website it still claims: " Upon signing up for your trial offer, your credit card provided will be charged a One-time Shipping & Handling fee of $5.95. If you contact customer service to terminate your trial enrollment within 14 day of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additionhe al product and you will not be charged anything else."

When I called the customer service phone number after discovering the new charges, the woman explained (in broken English) that it had been more than 14 days and they would not give me a refund. When I complained, she first offered a 15% refund and then 30%. I said no thanks and hung up in disgust.

A few minutes later she called back and said if I returned the product (at my expense, of course!) they would refund my money. She then placed me on hold for several minutes so she could get the information she needed to give me, then disconnected the call.

So, my "free trial" of these "new advanced formula" miracle creams ended up costing me almost $200.00, as well as causing possibly permanent damage to my skin. Do not buy this product! Do not buy anything from a company called Oneders, Inc.! This is a scam and a ripoff, and I should have known better!
