Richmond Investment Group, Richard Powell, Cabin Peters, And David Spencer RIPOFF Richmond Investments is a fraudulent ripoff. Richard Powell, Cabin Peters, and David Spencer scam artists Syosset New York
I was contacted by Richard Powell about taking out a $5,000.00 loan. He told me I had 2 options to recieve my money, (1) Pay the first 6 months in advance (954.00), or (2) an $1,100.00 insurance policy on the loan. I chose the 6 mo. payments.
I was then instructed to go to Moneygram and send the money. I was then transfered to Cabin Peters in "accounting", which I was told I would recieve a fax with the terms of the loan. My check was to be Fed-exed on Friday. Friday afternoon I was contacted by Cabin Peters and told they needed 1,100 more dollars. I lost it than and said I wanted my $1,022.00 returned that day. We argued about it and he said it would take 15-30 days to recieve my refund. I asked to speak with his supervisor. He said his name was David Spencer. Spencer told me he would get right on it and send my money. Guess what? No money. Do Not use this company. They will steal your money.
