Ride This Ordered some mountain bike shock parts, never received anything Oregon, Oregon
I purchased some mountain bike rear shock suspension parts from this company over the weekend. I never received any email other than the order confirmation wich had my basic info and parts I ordered. I called the following monday to see what the statis was for my order, the employee basically told me that one of the hardware sets were not available and they would receive the parts on thursday or friday. I attempted to contact the bicycle shop and no one returned my calls.
On there website info they have there winter operation hours listed as 9am-3pm PST Mon-Fri and closed sat and sun. I called several time at different times of the day to get any responses. All I kept getting was the answering machine. I left several messages and no one has returned my calls. I also went on to there website to check the statis of my order and my information was never processed and shows I have no account with there website, when I specifically started an account profile when I placed the order. So I decided to research this company to see what reputation was, come to find on several websites I looked at simular complaints were made. This was the second company I placed an order because my parts I needed were backordered with the other company I used.
This company seems like they really don't care about business or making there customers happy, so if there is any Mountain Bikers looking to buy parts do not attempt to buy from this company. I also tried to research them on the BBB and no luck finding them anywhere.
