Riznyk Immigration Lawyer was contacted over the internet and asked to renew my E.2 visa - without me having to leave the USA. He was told that my I-94 was in good standing - and therefore, so was I.

He said it was going to cost $3945 and I could put it on my credit card. It turned out NO lawyer can renew a E.2 visa without the visa holder having to leave the country - that is a NEW law since 2004. He knowingly gave misleading and wrong information in order to get his fee.

He NEVER provided the visa, because he could not - and proceeded to debit our credit card with $9500!!

This guy and his company is a fraud - be careful - whatever you do - do NOT ive your credit card number. If you can afford to lose money - give no more than a check!!

Tuesday, July 29th 2008 RE: Complaint on your web site by Pam Colt Dear Sir or Madam: We were just made aware of the information that is printed on your web site about me. The lady who made these remarks also reported me to the BBB and the State Bar of California. Moreover, she reported me to the State Bar twice and on both occasions we were cleared. What she states on your web site is not true. There are always two sides to a story and this letter is an unfair portrayal of the work we do for people as we have one of the highest success records in the country. Unfortunately, lawyer-client privilege prevents me from sharing the truth of her case and you would then understand what led to the situation. She was actually billed less than the work we did and began by calling the credit card company for a complete refund after we submitted the case. They investigated it and also felt her allegations were unfounded. We conduct pro bono cases for the poor, but they are of our choosing. We cannot conduct work and then have someone call their credit card company for a full refund and defame us when that is not occurring. We would like you to remove this from your web site at your earliest convenience. Feel free to call the State Bar of California to confirm this is true. Thank you. With warm regards Stefano Riznyk SR/ma
