I've personally never heard of anyone getting their money back before returning the product. ANYWHERE. And really your keeping the product so your complaining about someone when you yourself are doing the exact thing. I read a lot of these reports and some of them just baffle my mind on how silly some people can be.

Mr. Campbell has personally cost me $7,000 by shipping a "remanufactured" Cummins diesel engine that would not fit the application it was sent for; the block was completely different. Upon further research with Cummins, this was not even an engine for an truck application; it had camshafts that were designed for a fixed RPM. It was a generator engine!
Mr. Campbell sent a PERSONAL check to for the engine, even though he required us to do a wire transfer. Further, he CANCELED that personal check. Excuse me? A personal check?
Fortunately, we didn't ship him the engine back - we would have been out $14,000 in that case.
Upon contacting the Albertan government, I was informed that both the Consumer Fraud division of their government and the Business Advocacy division of their government have EXTENSIVE files on the company. Since most of the complaints are from the United States, it appears there is little they can do.
Jonathan Campbell is a crook, a liar, and a thief.
