First off I would like to say that I do not think this report is from an actual customer, and here's why:
Fact: We haven't taken credit cards in over 3 years. So the fact that "Jerry" said that he had to pay with one is false.
Fact: We have no record or invoice for this purchase or any customer named Jerry in the Montana area. Ever
Fact: No one ever came to the office stating there was a problem like this at all.
Fact: I have never heard anyone call my boss Jonny Campbell.
Fact: The office is more then 300sq feet
It would be nice to see a copy of this "customers" invoice or an invoice number to see if there was in fact an order and secondly if there was an order to see if it was indicated as a reman engine or a used take out engine. Further to this is the confusion as to why if the product wasn't what was indicated on the invoice, why is was never returned or even brought up that there was a problem at all.
Based on the skewed details of this report and no record of it in our system as well as knowing for fact that no one came and that we never had this problem (you don't just forget this sort of thing) it is my personal belief because of the amenity of this site, that this is most likely an ex employee with a problem.
