Thanks above for the heads up!!  Could you email me with more information if you have any or give me your email??  (sweetness 4 g at hotmail . com )  I would like all the amunition I can get for a visit to the District Attorneys office since he's heading back this way!!i Still have all my voicemails, witness at the bank, emails and a promisory note for completion (yeah right!!) anyways, It's unfortunate he's able to steal from sooo many and get away with it!!  I'll be looking into further action since he's coming this way ;)  know right where to watch for him.

Ray strikes again in oregon and and doesn't pay up for the work performed and doesn't do the job right. I met Ray through a friend who works in a bar. Ray is a smooth talker and will rip you off and leave you hanging. Ray contracted a job in oregon with an 86 year old lady and under bid the job forgetting many cost. After writing up a contract and having her sign and cut a check for $1400.00 to start he quickly ran out of money, after running out of money and doing only half the job he spent almost a whole day arguing with her about money. He ran out of money because he didn't put in the contract sheeting wood and labor he might have to do if needed, and it was needed. The lady was not sure about paying for it and other items needed cause he didn't put it in the contract. when the lady was unsure about paying for it he threatened to not finish the roof which was the whole front of the house, and also threatened her to go down and file a lean against her house to get her to sign another contract. while she thought about doing so Ray made comments to those of us that he hired to do the work that if she didn't pay he was going to go up and start ripping off the roof we had already put on or he was going to go up and put a big whole in the roof. After hours of getting mad at her and belittling her he got her to sign another contract and she cut another check for $1000.00 we continued to finish the roof. Instead  of using the standard roof vents that the lady had on her roof to begin with Ray chose to use a ridge vent. Not knowing anything about roofing i did what Ray said and believed him. Ray had us cut the shingles and paper on the ridge. There was hardly enough gap at the ridge to slide a piece of paper in, Ray didn't cut the ridge to vent it properly and just rolled the vent out and shigled it. At the end of the job Ray took several left over material items that were hers and returned them for more money in his pocket. Ray was also cut another check at the end for another $900.00. At the end of the job Ray screwed all of us he hired and only paid us half of what we should have been paid. I have learned that only after a day of getting paid Ray has purchased a train ticket and is on his way back to wisconsin so look out hes on his way back on 6/22/2012. Its sad this low life is going to get away with it again.

In response to the lies posted above.  Yes we are family and Yes the summer of 2010 you did employee my husband which was a big help.  However in being so grateful, I called on you for our roof repair, knowing  you were a small business figuring you could use the work.  I had all of the money needed and agreed upon.  With repeated no shows and cancellations or no communication at all while still to this day you have 1100.00 of our money.  We have absolutely nothing in return.  For the record there was no contract because we were family and I being foolish was trying to give you the benifit of doubt...despite several other family members encouraging me to do otherwise.  I do still have the promisary note you did write stating when the work would be completed, the lady at the bank that I have kept in touch with how will testify as to whom got all the money...and the emails and voice messages of promises to come and excuses as to why you weren't coming... So since  you have fled to another state, while your truck got repossessed, you stold money from your ex girlfriend, and left your children behind to go into hiding, lets not get this twisted.  You still owe us our money and if when your spotted family or not it will be recooperated.  Shame on you for stealing our money to drink and gamble it all away!  One day you will run into the wrong person and the end results may be more than you can handle.  I will be posting on many of the local sites in Oregon and Washington as well to warn of your thieving ways.  Proper use of words can be very powerful even if you feel as though  you got the best of me at this point.  It is not over, not by a long shot dear cousin.

my  name is  ray malone I am responding to this because i just found  it wow. this is family getting mad at family. I gave this person a job when they had no money he always got paid !!! suddenly my cousin ( who filed this report ) his wife didnt have all the money to do this job the job was 4 $2600.00 total to do only half of roof . they got a check  for 1100.00 witch we cashed  together  both names where on the check she found out she couldnt cash it like she tried 4 a wk before calling me . she never intended to do the roof she keept the money once the ch. was cashed  ( thats why there was no contract written up !!!!! so cousin  next time u lie make sure u have  a contract !!!! witch  i always write up even if it was 4 my mother  thats buisness !!!! I am ashamed of you !!!!! ray malone
