I invested $10,000 in Main Line Smoothie back in the winter of 2007. Robert Jones, who is the owner, said he would pay back $1,000 a month. We have a signed contract, that he said he would pay back, even if the shop failed!! I never saw a dime and he is now out of business and nowhere to be found. Does anyone know where to find him?

I have information if where he is as of October 2010. If anyone wants to join me, we intend on filing a suit against him. I think we all should pay him as a visit as a group as well. That should shake him up. Especially because it is at a new business that he started up. He claims that he needs to get this business "up and running" and then he will pay back his debt to me..at least..

To Kaylag - I tried to email you at your user name plus aol and the dot com but it keeps coming back to me. I would like to talk to you about this. He scammed me for 12k, signed numerous agreements and keeps just giving me the run around.
