Robert Medina Wife Lisa Took my money, lied over and over, never completed job. Fort Collins, Colorado
He was painting a neighbors house. Appeared to be doing an ok job. Wife and son are helping. Then comes over says really needs the work. Will give me a great deal...yada yada yada..real bullsht artist. Then asks for money upfront to help with rent/materials,employees eetc.... HUGE MISTAKE, NEVER EVER GIVE A CONTRACTOR MONEY UPFRONT, EVEN NEIGHBORS OR FRIENDS.
Three months later he came over IN ON DAY, sprayed the house, but made a mess. Overspray on windows, A/C unit, tools, ladder. Used my ladders, extension cords, and I even bought them food. I also had to pay for paint again, since he had blown ALL the upfront cash. He never finished the job. Never did gutters, fence or trim....as in contract. Also scammed another neighbor same way. So my "$3000" paint job, cost me $5400.
Two months later I sued and won in small claims court. Per the judge, he owes me $2,403. He has bailed out of home on Silverwood. Anyone seen him? He is 43 ish, drives black Suburban. Please send me contact info! Reward.
