We placed a deposit for a puppy from RMGSD on October 2014 after we made the trip to the ranch and picked the litter.
We were told the litter will be born on 2/2015 And Jayne will notify us the soon as the puppies are born so we can pick our male dog. We did not hear from Jayne until we contacted her in March and we got the news that the Mother had miscarriage. All the upcoming litters were full so she put us on what is available with 1st choice and we were giving a time when the puppy will be ready. Yet again Jayne never contact us and when we did we've been told, yet again, no males were born.
At that time we just had to get something because my son couldn't wait and we don't want to loose $200 deposit so we dicide to pick from the next availabel litter.
Finally we got a puppy (Rocky).
At the initial visit to pick our puppy we meet Samantha. Samantha never mentioned that the puppy was born with only 1 testicule and with Hernia. Neither Jayne's vet report. I Still have the vet report.
I took Rocky to my vet within 48 hours after we picked him up. We found out that he is missing a testicule and has an inch long hernia. My vet suggested to hold off on any medical procedure until I contact the breeder and wait to see if the testicule will descent On its own.
I contacted Jayne to notify her about the medical issues that Rocky have and immediatoy she denied Everything. After I told her I've seen a vet and his report state otherwise, she then admit that there is a Heath issue with Rocky and her suggestion was to wait a while becuase the hernia will repair itself and the missing testicule will descent on its own within a year.
We waited about 10 months, the hernia just got bigger to 3 inch and start to be very concerning and the testicule was stock inside the abdomen (after we proceeded with Ultrasound) . My vet suggested to contact her to see if she can help with the bill but Jayne had nothing to do with it anymore. The only thing that she offered is that she will have her vet give us a discount for the procedure but I couldn't trust him after he falsify the initial report.
we got the procedure done, it was very hard on us and Rocky with multiple incisions and 8 weeks recovery with the cone on his head.
Rocky turn up to be a great great great dog with cool temper easy to train. I never seen any dog that he went to his party within second time. Only miss up his bed twice since he was born and only because he had an upset stomach.
I have all the emails that l've exchanged with Jayne regarding this manner and Im willing to share them if she denies this.
We did contact Jayne to recover Rocky pink paper but she never got them to us.
I did contact the Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde (SV) in Augsburg Germany to report her work ethic and if they can help us locate her breeder in Germany to recover our dog paper.
in my opinion maybe she is a good breeder and maybe she know how to pick a good studs but work ethic doesn't exist.
I don't want any compensation from Jayne i just want her to get better at what she does And be honest with your customers.
