Rodger Tucker, Cobblestone Homes ripoff, negligence, failure to follow building code Tulsa Oklahoma
We hired Rodger Tucker, of Cobblestone Homes Inc. in Tulsa, OK to build us our custom dream home. However, it turned out to be a nightmare. Tucker failed to follow city building code by installing a moisture/vapor barrier such as plastic or burlax under or in our slab foundation. As a result, water/moisture began to seep up through our slab into our carpets and wood floors. Our family became sick with symptoms such as nose beeds, headaches and other respiratory problems.
We had mold, some toxic growing in our home. We tried to get help from the Tulsa Home Builders Association and the Tulsa Better Business Bureau but got nowhere. We had to move out of our home because it was making our family sick. We tried repeatedly to get Tucker to fix or take back the home but we could not get him to do so. We then filed a lawsuit more than a year ago and are still in the lawsuit. We have been out of our home now for 14 months.
