Rolands Tree Service Roland Orth Terrible people! Unreliable, rude and untrustworthy Backus Minnesota
These people came to my home to remove a couple trees. When they arrived they were very polite and friendly but don't let it fool you. When taking down the one tree they dropped it through my porch damaging the side and the roof. They then packed up and said they were going to get stuff to repair. I waited all day for them to return. And they never showed us I called and called and still no answer after about a week of calling with no answer I used a different phone to call them and roland answered and when I told him who I was he denied ever knowing us and denied ever coming to our house and then hung up. Don't let them fool you. Be safe and choose a more professional company

I have do e a job for a customer by the name of mike grundman and we damaged nothing, he was happy and had no complaints, I have a feeling that the owners of black bear tree service posted this after she approached one of my customers and walked away cussing at him, I also would have never collected any payment until a repair was finished and my customer was happy, if this is an honest report please inform me my number is 218-414-0140
