I did receive an email today. Must have read this complaint. He incorrectly stated my phone has no service. He goes on about how only two people run their business, but if they are not able to run it then they should move on. Just as I told him in response to his email an excuse is just that. What I understood from their website is that it would take 2 to 5 weeks to deliver, with 5 weeks being the worst case. However, if that was going to occur that thay would notify you in three.

Thanks for the order and sorry for the wait. We do state orders can take
time sometimes, not all orders can go out quickly as it can depend on when I
get that order from that supplier and out to you via USPS. Yes sometimes
orders take longer than normal but we do state that can happen. I would say
you made the order, you knew it would take time so why not await for the
order that was to be shipped out this month. We are a two man operation with
me doing most of the work so yes, this would have gone out soon here for ya
as I got the order from my supplier here to pick up with the order. Did you
already chargeback the card? I hope you can await the order as you made it.
Let me know. I tried phoning but you do not answer so I could not leave a
message.
