This company took my payment on December 17th 2010.  I paid just over $229.00 USD for 5 different items combined.  These items were not anything to specialized. Something even understanding that the company supposedly brokers out for everything should only have taken 2 maybe 3 weeks. It is currently May 2nd 2011.  Almost 5 months have gone by and I have not received a thing. I have sent emails, made phone calls and received a couple of very limited emails back just within the last week after making a posting on a similar website.  It has gotten to point where I am extremely frustrated, not only with losing out on more than a few hundred dollars but also being lied to in emails.  I have a few legal contacts in Canada and although I am pretty limited with my knowledge on Canadian law, a couple of my friends/family that reside there are willing to help. I will be filing legal action against the company within the next week or 2 and if there is anyone out there that wants to join in or share a similar experience with me, I would love to hear it to add into the lawsuit/legal action.

Complete fraudulent SCAM. Only take your money and will be a complete nightmare from start to finish...if, its ever finished.

The order was partially sent out and refund check for the rest to the customer and it was received. The major issue was the Black Vap was out of stock for many months and the scale was not available as well. This was the majority of the order and the smaller items were not sent as the waiting period took too long. He agreed on delivery of the Vap and safe and that was sent. The rest was refunded to the customer. Contact with customer was continuous and it is regrettable it could not be completed.  If you want a refund for an order that is out of stock or not shipped in a timely manner just ask and a refund will be applied. There was no misinformation given to the customer as he stated.
