I placed on order for a glass pipe from www.rollies.com. Their website looked impressive and their prices seemed fair. I made sure to read all the fine print, and my only concern was they had a slow shipping ETA, 2-3 weeks. It also stated they would notify if there would be any delays and would notify me of when the item was shippped. Well after one month I had not recieved any notification, nor had I recieved the product. So I sent them an e-mail asking about the status. I recieved no response after a week. So I placed a call during the weekday around 1 pm CDT. All I got was an answering machine. I proceeded to leave my name, number, and order number. No response. The following week I followed up with another e-mail. Still no reponse.

I followed up again with another phone informing them that I had made three prior attempts to check on the status of my order and that it had been almost two months. Still no reponse. I sent a final e-mail requesting the status of my order or to see if they would credit my card. Still no reponse. Good or bad news, Rollies.com should notify customer (especially when they already have the money) the status if there are going to be some delays. Messages should be returned. Customers should not have to resort to filing complaints when a simple courteous update or status report would be all that is needed. But, when I have to make several attempts to check on the status, and NOT ONE MESSAGE IS RETURNED. One has to wonder whether or not you are dealing with a reputable business or one that is just their to scam you. It appears www.rollies.com is the latter.
