The order was sent, not once but twice to ensure the customer did receive the order. It is unfortunate the customer had to wait for the order and I do apologize for the wait. The customer can always ask for a refund as well and there was a delay on the order ship out. Though he did have to wait longer to get the order, which I do state can happen, he did indeed get the order. Sorry again.
