on 2/28/2008 I made an online purchase at rollies.com and was told my order would take 2-5 weeks for delivery, unfortunately it's been 4 months and I can't even get a response from anyone regarding my order. this site was quick to secure it's funds (within 24 hours)I have sent nearly 10 emails and inquiries with no response. So buyers beware. I would use another site for any purchases. The website claims it gives no refunds, to prevent ordering problems. How can that be? they can keep my money without fulfilling the order? doesn't seem right to me

I finally received my order. it took 6 weeks, but finally arrived. If you are in no hurry for your merchandise, then this isn't a bad company, but if you need an item in less than a month, you probably need to look elsewhere.

The customers who have all filled a complaint on this website have received their order, they all knew when the order was arriving, they all talked to me via the phone or email. They all have received their order and nobody has been taken advantage of, the titles of each persons report is false and some have already corrected their harshness, while others may do so in the near future. I would like to say these customers may have not read our shipping terms or did not get an immediate response due to us packing orders over answering the phone. There is no reason for any of these customers above to file this complaint other than that when they phoned that day we did not answer the phone but rest assured they did talk to me a day or a few days after on the phone after they filed the issue. So if you call and do not get an answer that is because we are packing orders or getting orders and there is no time at that time to get to the phone for an order inquiry that they already know can take time. Rest assured customers have to wait for their orders from us as there is no such thing as robots working here but two ordinary people who need and take time to pack orders each week. If you have not gotten your order and your status online says it has not been shipped then that is true and it will update when it does ship. If you phone and get the machine try again another day and so on, you will get the order or you may get us and we can update you then. Some orders are out of stock and most likely the reason why the wait time is longer but when they do come in stock they will be shipped. So do not worry all orders will come even though it takes longer than you would have thought it will still come. Rollguy

I have received the product as ordered an as expected. In america the is a different standard in shipping expectations as in Canada where things are a more laid back "ay" lol from a California perspective, but the product I did receive was of excellent quality and wish I was in good health enough to receive in person rather than send friend to p/u from port office for me. All in all, the quality was good and better late than never. I happened to be a unique customer as I had ordered a large amount of parts only which required the co-op of other businesses, therefore delaying my order, not at fault of roll-guy or rollies.com. If you need parts in bulk and time is not a factor, Marlo will meet you needs. - Josh

I have to agree with the other consumers. This place is a ripoff. I placed an order a month ago. They have not shipped my item nor will they answer my emails. I strongly urge anyone who is considering this site to STAY AWAY!!! T

Due to the fact that the products I purchased are most likely illeagal to ship into the US I am not going to say what it was that had purchased, but I too have been waiting for SEVERAL months, and the only contact back to me was to basically tell me I WAS WRONG, and I had to threaten them with a lawsuit. I used GSPay to place the order, a shady offshore merchant system which will not talk to me either. If you going to buy 'tobacco' products buy local! I had the same response from Marlo (for last name do a DNS lookup), the sole proprietor of Rollies.com, but he was a bit more rude and likened me and other Americans to the evil empire and the reason he is broke!! He then calmed down a bit and said he would expedite my order. Its been several months, and he has not contacted me again and I am out HUNDREDS of dollars! And he can say whatever he wants here, but I still have the email exchange to prove it!!!! Do not trust Marlo F. he is simply a con-artist who switched to pot products when they shut down his online pharmacy! Call your bank and try to get a change back!!! Marlo does not like this and exposes his 'business' practices!!

The customers is wrong in her report and was in contact with us on several occassions and knew of the order delay. The customer knew the order was being shipped very soon and on the day of shippment the customer decided to put the report in knowing full well the order was on the way. The customer comments are untrue and the customer has received the products ordered without incident. It is in the opinion of the owner that the customer had no reason to report on this site knowing that the order was being shipped and that they would receive it. There was contact with the would arrive but choose to make these false claims for their own volition. This case should be closed due to customer received the order, was not ripped off and knew full well of the timeline of order ship out even though it was longer than they would have liked, there was no reason for the customer to worry or fear that the order would not arrive or that the customer would not receive a refund if they requested. If the customer did not have contact with us, did not get a refund, did not get an order, then they would have the right to report the truth but none of that happened so the report filed is false and not accurate.
