Ron Traxler was referred to me by my insurance company, so I trusted his business. He was given up front by the insurance company, $6000 to replace my engagement ring. I normally would not pay up front without recieving the merchandise first, but I thought this was common between the insuance company and their recommended jeweler. I also gave him pictures and details of the ring so he could duplicate it.
After 8 months of excuses for the delays (he was sick, too busy, design too complicated, etc.), I still have not received the ring. So I told him to forget the ring and either send me a loose diamond valued at $ 6000 or return my insurance money. As of Feb. 2 , 2015, I have not heard from him, even though I have tried repeatedly to contact him.
So I plan to file a report with the police, Better Business Bureau, and any website to inform people of this man.
I am now aware of his other scams, thefts, and convictions and hope others will see who he really is.
Ron traxler is a liar and a thief.
