Ross Refrigeration Ltd. Ralph Ross Geothermal SCAMMERS; Ralph Ross and Darrin Embree of Ross Refrigeration are the Canuck kings of UNDERSIZING Springhill, Nova Scotia Canada
Ralph Ross and Darrin Embree of Ross Refrigeration (Canada) built me a geothermal system in their own image, in other words, SERIOUSLY UNDERSIZED.
During the installation, they were really difficult to reach. Then, once the installation was completed, Ross Refrigeration engaged in extortion to try and get me to pay them an extra $4000.00 CDN. I had to phone the Canadian Geothermal Coalition to put a halt to this extortion from Ralph Ross and Darrin Embree of Ross Refrigeration of Springhill.
The means they tried to use to extort money from me was to withhold my certification papers for the federal government, because these documents were worth $6000.00+ CDN, being necessary to apply for a grant given for retrofitters.
Well, they doctored the papers and finally the CGC had to threaten to lodge a formal complaint against Ross Refrigeration in order to get them to release the documents one year too late. Thats when I found out how undersized my system was. It barely saves me money in spite of their claims and I found out that Im ineligible for the grant (on account of the small size of the system). This in spite of what Ralph Ross and Darren Embree had assured me: that the system they were installing was legit.
Lies, undersizing, doctoring of documents and extortion thats how Ralph Ross and Darrin Embree in Springhill Nova Scotia do their dirty business!
