Yes Mr. Rowland did finally pay me but only after being put off for weeks. I asked him repeatedly for my payment and only after I filed a claim on this website did he send my payment to me. I was unable to remove my post on here since this website has a policy that they do not remove posts. So that is not my fault. I did absolutely nothing wrong by filing a claim on here since that's what this website is for. I did work for this man and was not being paid so this was my only recourse other than taking him to court which would have been beyond my financial means. I did a job and was finally paid, so he has no reason or right to claim I did anything wrong and to claim people cannot trust me is ridiculous especially when I did the work first and then waited weeks for payment so it is Mr Rowland who cannot be trust.

Miss Digioia recieved cashier's check #004974 dated September 2, 2009 from First National Bank of Central Florida for $50 for the services she provided to Rowland & Company (see attached). This payment was delayed to Miss Digioia due to: 1.) Rowland & Company does not have a pay pal account. We are not in the business of making purchases off Ebay. We are commercial general contractors. 2.) Miss Digioia would not accept a corporate check from Rowland & Company.
Beware of commissioning these internet marketed "Freelance" service providers like Miss Digioia who have gone into business for themselves and are devoid of appropriate business ethics and have no corporate structure. Otherwise you might find your companys good name compromised on Rip-Off Report.com over the terms of a $50 payment.
This experience has certainly effected our vendor approval protocol.
Taking a closer look at Miss Digioia, we should have recognized that she was not someone who we should conduct any business whatsoever with. This is shown in more detail with the following:

Well after posting my update on Sept. 1, Beau Rowland emailed me saying he had been out of the country and people in his office were the ones who did not do their job and get my check sent out and that he would personally send it in the morning. (I've lost count as to what number lie this one is) Well then yesterday afternoon, I got another email from him stating that he had gone to his bank and gotten a cashier's check to send me. He said that he will send it only after I withdraw my claim about him on here as well as my claim to the BBB about his business.
I told him that after all the lies he has told me this past month, I am not going to believe that he will actually mail my money this time since he has already promised several times and didn't. So I told him I will update and withdraw my claims against him after I get my money that I am owed. He then emailed me back saying I am being unreasonable and he is turning it over to his attorney. So he is obviously trying to bully me and has NO intentions on paying me.
I told him to stop threatening me because I've done nothing wrong. I simply posted the complete truth about a service I provided and his constant promises to send payment which he never did. I have all of the email communications to back up my claims. He should just do the right thing and pay me for my work instead of threatening me with his attorneys. I guess big companies do think they can bully individuals like me.

Update: Almost 6 WEEKS after completing a service for this guy which he is using and 4 WEEKS after initially being promised to be sent payment, I've still not been paid and I'm still not getting any replies from phone calls or emails to Beau Rowland. I wonder if this company even exists!
He is the only one who answers the phone (and then puts me on hold or hangs up on me) no matter which extension I dial.
Also I tried emailing the email address listed on their website http://www.rowlandandcompany.com/contact.htm and it's returned as undeliverable.
This loser probably doesn't even have any employees. He is a thief and a liar.
