I also had a horrible experience with them. I've purchased my timeshare 3 years ago, and it's been impossible to get out. I was pressured to sign a contract, and i was also scammed, they never did what they promised. We must do whatever it's in our hands to put finish to those thieves!!! I was looking for some information about this resort and all their scam tactics, and i've found these articles that have a lot of info about them, take a look:

Have received my second offer from Profeco Office in Mexico from Lic. Beatriz Adriana Salazar Gamez from the meeting in January, 2009 on my behalf with Royal Holiday. It is to refund 40% of the amount paid., and contract canceled. I have declined and counter-offered $25,000 with contract canceled. The next meeting is March 25th, 2009. If I don't accept, I was told that I must make a claim before competent Mexican Tribunal. I have e-mailed [email protected] all complaints against Royal, but they do not want to accept any of them to use on my behalf. I don't know what more I can say or write to them to make them understand that Royal Holiday needs to accept responsibility for their wrong-doings, and return all monies and cancel contract.
