Royal Holiday Club c/o Lacovia Condos/Holiday Clubs ltd. Cayman Island I made a contract with Holiday Clubs ltd (RHC -membership) and later I figured out that no such company exists. So my contract is void.. Grand Cayman Nationwide
I took part to Royal Holiday club 2009, later when problems appeared I wanted to contact the company I signed my contract with but RHC service center in Mexico refused to give me this needed information, and FNTC/First Names Group, Isle of Man (who collected my money) was out of reach also, they did not reply to me.
Because I made a contract with Holiday Clubs ltd. Im sure RHC (Mexico) would have given me this contact information in case Holiday Clubs ltd. exists and in case its legal normal company. So, my problem here is that I made a contract with non existing company in Bahamas in February 2009? Its impossible to get any information about the company anywhere. The address, where my payments were suppose to go belongs to Lacovia Condos (resort) and Ansbacher bank.
Thank you for Holiday Clubs contact information (if it exists) in advance. We all know that its imbossible to make a contract with anonynous entity or company or a person.

I was scammed, lied to, misled, deceived, and defrauded. I want to express my sincere frustration and dissatisfaction with Royal Holiday and how they lie to their potential members and their unethical business practices. Nothing that they tell you is true.

Its a scam for sure, only because what they do in Europe. Its the opposite they do with Americans. Like I was put out of the system without returning my money (its stealing issue) and for americans its impossible to get rid of RHC there. And besides RHC exists as a company in Europe under First Names Group (London/Isle of Man...). They are RHC here in Europe!
In my contract my residence was mentioned to be middle east and when I found another victim in Sweden there was same trick used in their contract. Thats why its for sure also a scam here. Its not sold to Europeans otherwise than by scammed them and lied in the contract. And because its registered in Europe tells a story (one needs only a common sense to understand a big deal).

Royal Holiday doesn’t have the best reputation within the timeshare resorts. Most of their sales are done under high pressure sales tactics, a high number of members at Royal Holiday feel like they have being lied and scam and most timeshare contracts are being misrepresented. Royal Holiday is recognized for the timeshare scams.
